Educational Exchange Programs
As part of our mission to improve healthcare delivery through education and training, the CIM facilitates international rotations for senior level medical residents.

In addition to aiding underserved populations by improving their medical care while increasing local capacity, international rotations provide United States-based physicians with valuable learning experiences.

The medical resident educational exchange program allows UCLA residents in a variety of specialties to participate in international medical exchanges. Residents spend four weeks at a host facility, providing consultation on different aspects of medical care as well as daily didactic lectures.
