The CIM offers a comprehensive approach to the development of healthcare services. As part of the University of California system, the CIM enjoys ready access to an extended community of internationally recognized healthcare experts (maternal child health, infectious diseases, etc.).

In addition, the CIM provides consultation on all aspects of emergency medical care delivery from pre-hospital care to hospital-based emergency medical and trauma care. Our involvement begins with a thorough needs assessment and extends through program design and implementation in cooperation with our collaborating partners.
